Generative-AI system for "ChicStyle" that analyses thousands of customer reviews in real time. Uses zero-shot, few-shot and chain-of-thought prompting to detect sentiment, the product or service involved and urgent issues – and to draft personalised replies that help the team respond faster.
Deep-learning solution to recognise digits from real-world street imagery (SVHN dataset, .h5). Multiple ANN and CNN architectures were trained, compared and evaluated to pick the best-performing model for accurate digit prediction.
Exploratory data analysis for a food aggregator: customer order behaviour, restaurant performance and demand trends were uncovered with NumPy/Pandas and visualisations, yielding data-driven recommendations for a better customer experience.
